We offer FREE shipping US wide, to all US addresses.
All the products will be dispatched from our Chicago warehouse. We use DHL, Fedex and UPS standard tracking delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the U.S.
Please note, it is important to be mindful that it may take longer to receive your order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as COVID restrictions, natural disasters or transport disruptions.
Once your parcel has been posted, we will notify you via email with the tracking details.

Returns Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please select your books carefully.
Please email us at info@clevereli.com first if you have any questions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in its original brand-new condition/state.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase issued from us, to be included with your returned item.
In summary, please do not send your purchase back if it is:
- used;
- damaged;
- not in the same brand-new condition that you received it from us; or
- being returned more than 21 days after your date of purchase;
as you will not receive a refund nor exchange.
For any damage incurred by the postal delivery service please contact us directly with proof by providing pictures/videos.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, so please select your books carefully.
Shipping of returned item/s (ie. book/s)
If you are eligible to return your product, please be sure to include your full name and details and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs for your original purchase are non-refundable. So, if you are approved for a refund for your item, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, you will only be refunded for the purchase price/cost of the item you are returning.
If you are shipping returned items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
